Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with a strong specialization in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) to support the Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program.

You will optimize the software asset lifecycle, ensure license compliance, reduce costs, and maintain software assets across government IT environments. The role requires responding to requests, addressing issues, performing ongoing maintenance, and driving data quality within SAM Pro.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience to include the duties and responsibilities outlined above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including administration and development across multiple ServiceNow versions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience withServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro), including configuration, reconciliation, and optimization.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with data integration within ServiceNow (e.g., import sets, transform maps, scripting) and integrating with various discovery sources.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SAM Pro within ServiceNow.
• Support license compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve software asset-related issues.
• Maintain accurate software asset inventories and perform reconciliations.
• Provide guidance on software licensing and asset management best practices.
