The role emphasizes AI-enabled delivery, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with ITOM/ITAM/HRSD initiatives. Ideal candidates bring PMP-style project management experience, strong communication, and a track record of delivering ITSM-focused implementations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a project management role.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow engagements, particularly ITSM.
• Familiarity with ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements across platform capabilities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and team accountability.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery practices.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and documentation standards.
• Leverage AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and delivery.
