Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership across high-visibility ServiceNow strategic initiatives and continuous-improvement efforts.
• Establish objectives, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Translate leadership objectives into actionable work plans and maintain visibility from strategy through execution.
• Maintain an integrated view across multiple ServiceNow initiatives and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Coordinate executive governance materials, deliver concise status updates, and present progress clearly to leadership.
• Manage risk, decisions, and dependencies with accountable owners and clear escalation paths.
