Job summary

JPC Partners seeks a ServiceNow Program/Project Manager to lead a multi-workstream ServiceNow implementation, driving enterprise delivery, governance, and stakeholder management. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and oversee risk and issue resolution across business and technical streams.

The role involves client relationship management, solution development, and expansion of ServiceNow ITSM capabilities, including potential M&A-centered projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale programs and multi-workstream service delivery.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations, ITSM, ITOM or HRSD is a plus.
• Strong governance, risk, and issue management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program delivery for a multi-workstream ServiceNow implementation.
• Own program-level planning, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams and drive accountability across workstreams.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and executive reviews.
• Develop RAID logs, action items, decision logs, and status reporting for leadership.
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive timely resolution across teams.
• Serve as primary escalation point for program and delivery issues.
• Manage scope changes and assess impacts on timelines and budgets.
• Define requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations with stakeholders.
• Oversee user stories, backlog, sprint progress, and reporting across development teams.
• Coordinate testing (UAT) and deployment readiness and ensure production stability.
• Support M&A integration by aligning technology and processes.
• Maintain alignment on priorities and expected outcomes with business and technical teams.
• Support change management, communications, and user adoption activities associated with ServiceNow.
