Qualifications

• Demonstrated project or program management experience on complex, highly visible technology initiatives.
• Experience communicating delivery information to senior leaders at the executive level.
• Strong governance cadences, project controls, status reporting, backlog visibility, and accountability mechanisms.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple technical and business teams.
• Ability to translate technical content into concise leadership narratives.
• Experience facilitating governance meetings and leadership reviews.

Responsabilités

• Provide project management leadership across high-visibility ServiceNow strategic initiatives and continuous-improvement efforts.
• Establish clear objectives, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Translate broad leadership objectives into actionable work plans from strategy through execution.
• Maintain an integrated view across multiple ServiceNow initiatives.
• Facilitate working sessions to move teams toward clear outcomes and decisions.
• Identify delivery gaps, ownership issues, and dependencies needing leadership attention.
• Drive follow-through and accountability for actions and objectives.
• Keep the initiative backlog organized and visible across teams.
• Track governance metrics, risks, and decisions for executive reviews.
• Connect backlog items to strategic priorities, value, and leadership decisions.
• Support prioritization discussions when capacity or competing initiatives exist.
• Develop executive-ready status materials with ServiceNow leaders and SMEs.
