Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of an enterprise ServiceNow program. This role focuses on program rigor—planning, stakeholder alignment, and risk management at scale—rather than hands-on development.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and delivery, track milestones and blockers, and support decision-making with ServiceNow expertise in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Delivery Lead on enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Working familiarity with the ServiceNow platform (competent-level understanding, not hands-on development).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience tracking and managing program risk, milestones, and dependencies at an enterprise scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level planning and coordination for enterprise ServiceNow initiatives.
• Align stakeholders across IT, operations, and delivery teams throughout the program lifecycle.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively surfacing and resolving blockers.
• Support and inform implementation decisions in collaboration with hands-on ServiceNow development teams.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, including status updates and progress reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and planning sessions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across the program.
