Job summary

Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to set the technical direction for the enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role supports EmployeeWorks, NowAssist, AI Control Tower, HRSD, and L1 Support Agent and offers full-time telework from any U.S. location.

The successful candidate will design and govern platform standards, define integration patterns, and mentor technical staff while collaborating with executive leadership to communicate strategy and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Deep hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• Experience setting technical standards and leading other staff.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain overall ServiceNow platform architecture and technical standards.
• Define integration patterns, data models, and governance standards.
• Provide architectural reviews for complex builds and integrations.
• Lead the Citizen Developer program governance and guardrails.
• Mentor developers and staff; provide technical direction.
• Represent the platform in architecture/governance reviews to leadership.
• Communicate technical strategy and risk to executives.
