Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and governance of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps.

The ideal candidate will shape multi-year roadmaps, drive standards for data, integration, security, and customization, and influence engineering, business, and executives to keep the platform scalable and current. This is a remote, full-time role with US-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture or leadership experience.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Strong understanding of data model, scripting, scoped apps, and platform internals.
• Hands-on IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios.
• Experience designing CMDB, discovery, and service mapping.
• Strong security, ACLs, and role design at scale.
• Experience leading upgrades and release planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture spanning ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom apps.
• Lead architecture reviews, design approvals, and governance for changes.
• Establish data model standards, scoped apps, and CMDB design guidance.
• Drive CMDB strategy including discovery and data quality programs.
• Architect integrations via IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs and event patterns.
• Design platform-wide security models and least-privilege ACL strategies.
• Lead major platform upgrades, release cycles, and health initiatives.
• Create reusable patterns for workflow design and Flow Designer adoption.
• Drive performance and scalability using telemetry and empirical validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate processes into ServiceNow capabilities.
• Mentor developers, admins, and tech leads on best practices.
• Coordinate with security/compliance to meet regulatory obligations.
• Produce architecture artifacts and stay current with Now roadmap and AI features.
