Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in ITSM/ITOM/ITIL-aligned environments.
• Strong ServiceNow platform experience with CMDB management.
• Solid IT infrastructure knowledge: networks, servers, VMs, cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure, monitoring and asset lifecycle.
• ITIL v4 certification preferred.
• Ability to translate operational data into KPIs, reports, and executive dashboards.
• Ability to document processes, map integrations, and suggest process improvements.
