Carilion Clinic is seeking a ServiceNow Supervisor to lead a team responsible for strategy, configuration, and operational support of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules. The role requires 5-8 years of hands-on experience and a track record in platform governance and scalable IT solutions.

Onsite is preferred, with hybrid or remote options; candidates in many states may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4 years may substitute.
• Minimum of 3 years IT experience required.
• ITIL Foundation Certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with IT operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ServiceNow platform operations.
• Oversee configuration, development, integration, and support of modules.
• Ensure design aligns with best practices and governance standards.
• Review work for testing, documentation, and QA.
• Lead CAB meetings and change management processes.
• Prepare executive-level service metrics and dashboards.
