SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow L3 Support Engineer to lead Enterprise Integrations from a remote location.
The role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience and a mandatory CSA certification, with a focus on large-scale integrations and advanced troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will own IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, eBonding, SSO/SAML, OAuth 2.0 and cloud directory like Azure AD, and will coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep production
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in ServiceNow platform administration and enterprise integrations.
- Expertise in IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, eBonding, SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, Azure AD.
- Able to independently resolve production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of MID Server, Event Management and CTI integrations.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex L3 integration issues and advanced troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot authentication failures, API errors and ticket synchronization.
- Coordinate with network, security and application teams to resolve production issues.
