Job summary

You will support eBonding, Azure AD/SSO, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server, and monitoring tools, acting as the highest technical escalation point for critical issues while collaborating with network, security, and application teams. This role requires 8+ years of experience and CSA certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to manage high-severity incidents and provide technical escalation.
• Experience with eBonding, MID Server, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead L3 support for enterprise integrations across ServiceNow platforms.
• Troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, eBonding, and third-party connectors.
• Manage SSO, Azure AD, SAML, and user provisioning.
• Monitor MID Server and ECC queues; ensure on-prem connectivity.
• Collaborate with network, security, and app teams to resolve connectivity issues.
