Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Manager to lead transformations for diverse clients from our Chicago area office. You will guide design, configuration, testing and deployment, while mentoring a multi-disciplinary team and expanding client relationships.

Travel to meet client needs is expected in this senior role. Qualified candidates possess strong executive communication, service-now expertise, and prior Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, with a track record of delivering complex ITSM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources (onsite and offshore).
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
