Job summary

Take2 Consulting, LLC seeks a ServiceNow Developer to support ITSM and SPM implementations. You will own user stories, design configurations, automate workflows, and build dashboards while integrating data from legacy systems.

Work within an Agile team to translate requirements into shippable increments and assist with testing, releases, and maintainance. The role requires 2+ years in ServiceNow development, familiarity with ITSM/SPM, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SPM modules preferred.
Functional testing experience (performance, end-user, functional).
Ability to produce functional documentation such as user guides, SOPs, and UAT test scripts.

Responsibilities

Support design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM and SPM).
Build configurations, workflow automations, and service portal features.
Create reports and dashboards; integrate data from legacy systems.
Conduct functional, performance, and end-user testing.
Validate data quality and transfer accuracy.
Support release, transition, and handoff activities.
Develop user guides and SOPs.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
Monitor solution performance and maintenance.
