Triade LLC is seeking hands-on ServiceNow developers for a fully remote role operating within United States business hours. The team collaborates in Spanish and English to implement ITSM improvements for an established client base in Latin America and the US.

Candidates should have practical ServiceNow ITSM development experience, strong scripting skills, and independent troubleshooting ability. Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred, with professional English required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript within ServiceNow; Glide APIs.
• Solid ITSM knowledge; understand change records.
• Proactive independent troubleshooting with minimal guidance.
• Spanish at professional level preferred; English required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop in ServiceNow ITSM (incidents, requests, changes, problems, CMDB).
• Write scripts: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Policies, Flow Designer, REST and SOAP integrations.
• Build and maintain catalog items, workflows, and forms.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce issues; verify fixes and document actions.
