• Build and maintain catalog items, workflows, and forms.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce issues; verify fixes and document actions.

About the role

Triade is a data and analytics consultancy working across the United States, Brazil and Mexico. We are looking for hands‑on ServiceNow developers in Latin America to work on an ITSM implementation and improvement programme for an established enterprise client. Spanish‑speaking candidates are strongly preferred — the client team works in Spanish.

This is a build‑and‑fix role, not an advisory one. You will configure and script in ServiceNow, pick up incidents and requests, and resolve them without waiting to be told how.

What you will do

• Configure and develop in ServiceNow ITSM — incident, request, change, problem and CMDB.
• Script — Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions and Policies, Flow Designer, and integrations over REST and SOAP.
• Build and maintain catalog items, workflows and forms.
• Troubleshoot independently — diagnose, reproduce, fix and verify, and say clearly what you did and why.
• Work with client stakeholders directly, in Spanish and in English.

What you need

• Hands‑on ServiceNow development, not administration only.
• Strong scripting — JavaScript in the ServiceNow context, Glide APIs.
• Solid ITSM process knowledge — you know what a change record is for, not just where the field lives.
• Demonstrated independent troubleshooting. This role has limited hand‑holding.
• Spanish at a professional level — strongly preferred. The client team works in Spanish.
• Working professional English.
• Available for United States business hours.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); CAD; CIS in ITSM.
• Integrations with monitoring, HR or ERP systems.
• Experience on a manufacturing or industrial client.
• ITIL foundation.
