Job summary
Red River is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and operate ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will translate governance into scalable, user-friendly experiences, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a multi-year roadmap including catalog expansions and UX improvements.
The role combines hands-on development with incident support, testing oversight, and stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid work environment supporting the United States.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace (SOW)
- Strong understanding of ITIL in production environments
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable, secure ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Develop using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer
- Configure core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
- Optimize Service Catalog items and workflows for usability and adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify workflows and improve user experience
- Support incident triage, root cause analysis, and platform stability
- Maintain development standards and governance alignment
- Support integrations (e.g., SAP)
- Participate in testing, deployment, and support
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide resolutions
