Job summary

Apex IT Services seeks a ServiceNow Architect/Developer to lead end-to-end architecture across ITSM, ITOM, PPM/SPM, and CSM for client engagements from Harrisburg, PA. Remote with occasional on-site visits, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities include designing scalable integration patterns, guiding developers, and producing ADRs and high-level designs. 8–12+ years in IT with ServiceNow expertise are needed, with CSA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in IT with at least 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Deep expertise across ITSM core modules; strong working knowledge of ITOM, PPM/SPM, or CSM is a plus.
• Solid grasp of integration architecture — REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub.
• Certifications: CSA required; CIS (ITSM or relevant module) and/or CTA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, PPM/SPM, and CSM modules depending on engagement.
• Lead technical design sessions with client stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable platform architecture.
• Define integration patterns between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST/SOAP/MID Server/Integration Hub).
• Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), HLD documentation, and integration design specs.
• Guide and review developer work; mentor junior team members.
