Job summary

Realign LLC in a remote Massachusetts setting is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Expert to lead design and implementation of ITOM modules, including discovery, service mapping, and data model alignment.

The role requires CIS-SM certification, strong ITOM hands-on experience, and ability to optimize MID Servers and discovery patterns across environments. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering remote work.

Qualifications

• CIS-SM certification required.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow Discovery.
• Experience developing and maintaining custom Discovery Patterns.
• Expertise in Service Mapping including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Experience working with MID Servers, Discovery Agents, and related ITOM components.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development including scripting, workflows, and customizations.
