Job summary

Solvex Solutions is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant for a US-based client on a six-month engagement. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and enhancing ITOM solutions while advising on best practices and scalable implementations.

You will work with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, lead integrations, and ensure platform reliability and security across Windows and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules using best practices.
• Maintain CMDB health, accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership in integrations and development.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure platform security and performance.
