Job summary

Socket.dev is hiring an experienced ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Architect to lead design, implementation, and governance of ITOM/CMDB capabilities. You will establish a scalable CMDB foundation, drive Discovery and Service Mapping, and ensure data quality across ITSM, ITOM, and security domains.

The role requires hands-on technical excellence and strategic enterprise architecture experience, with remote work options and travel up to 25%. Nordic region support and CSA/CAD/CTA credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS or related field, plus relevant ITOM/CMDB experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB architecture and roadmap.
• Lead CMDB data quality, governance, and alignment with CSDM.
• Steer ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping implementations.
• Design and validate enterprise service models and application dependencies.
• Coordinate integrations with cloud, asset, ITSM, and security platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate CI population and governance.
