Job summary

Nordic Global seeks an experienced ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Architect to lead design, implementation, optimization, and governance of ITOM and CMDB capabilities. The role focuses on scalable CMDB foundations, ServiceNow Discovery, and Service Mapping to enable ITSM, ITOM, Security, and Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB initiatives and architecture.
• Strong understanding of CMDB data modelling, CI relationships, and data governance.
• Ability to design scalable CMDB foundations aligned with CSDM principles.
• Hands-on capability across discovery, service mapping, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB architecture and roadmap.
• Establish CMDB alignment with ServiceNow CSDM principles and governance.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery and Discovery schedules.
