Job summary

Siro Clinpharm is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integrations L3 Consultant to provide advanced support, administration, enhancement, and integration services across the ServiceNow platform in a remote US role.

You will manage complex integrations with enterprise apps (Azure AD, SAP, Salesforce, Workday), troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and contribute to platform upgrades in a global ITSM environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management).
• Hands-on design, configuration, and support of ServiceNow Integrations and related components.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for ServiceNow integrations and platform services.
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents, integration failures, and performance issues.
• Perform RCA and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Support Problem, Incident, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Ensure SLA compliance for critical support tickets.
