Job summary

Siro Clinpharm seeks an experienced ServiceNow L3 Support Engineer for Enterprise Integrations. You will act as the senior escalation point for complex platform integrations, ensuring reliable connections between ServiceNow and core enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting SSO/Azure AD, Genesys CTI, eBonding, and custom REST/SOAP integrations, along with MID Server health and IntegrationHub workflows, in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP messaging, and eBonding architectures.
• Experience with IAM, SSO, Azure AD, and SAML/OIDC configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting of bi-directional data exchange and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• B2B/eBonding integrations troubleshooting and data synchronization.
• Identity & Access Management troubleshooting and provisioning workflows.
• Telephony/CTI integration troubleshooting with Genesys.
• Event management and logging integrations with Monitoring Solutions.
• Custom REST and SOAP API integration debugging and optimization.
• Workflow automation and IntegrationHub flow troubleshooting.
• MID Server health, scaling, upgrades, ECC queue troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to trace connectivity issues.
