Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer for a remote contract engagement. You will design, develop, configure and optimize HRSD capabilities, including Employee Center, Case & Knowledge Management, and HR workflows.

Strong ServiceNow development and HR process expertise are essential, with opportunities to integrate with Workday and other platforms. W2 employment is offered with medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and life insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.
• Build and enhance HR case management workflows and employee journeys.
• Develop custom applications, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
• Configure Employee Center, HR Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, and HR Service Catalog offerings.
• Create and maintain scalable development standards and documentation.
• Design intelligent workflow automation to improve employee experience and reduce manual effort.
