Job summary

Fyerx is seeking an Associate ServiceNow FSM Consultant for a remote contract role. The candidate will support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of FSM solutions under guidance from senior consultants.

Requirements include 2-4 years of ServiceNow experience with FSM, plus CSA and CIS-FSM certifications. The role covers testing, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders in a dynamic delivery team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of overall ServiceNow experience with hands-on FSM experience.
• Strong understanding of FSM processes, data models, and workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Notifications, Flow Designer, and Update Sets.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Mandatory certifications: CSA and CIS-FSM.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow FSM solutions.
• Work on core FSM processes including Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Field Service Tasks, and Scheduling & Dispatch.
• Support Dispatcher Workspace and field technician workflows.
• Configure FSM forms, fields, lists, UI policies, UI actions, and business rules.
• Assist with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Support FSM mobile application configuration and field-user experience.
• Assist in configuring assignment rules and scheduling/dispatch processes.
• Work with ServiceNow tables, data structures, and relationships.
• Support integrations between FSM and other modules or external systems.
• Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
• Work closely with senior consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.
