Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Hands-on experience with Nuvolo IWMS integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and related modules.
• REST and SOAP API integration experience.
• Experience with Service Portal and catalog development.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions based on business needs.
• Implement and support Nuvolo applications (facilities, asset, maintenance, workplace management).
• Develop custom apps, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
