Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for Risk & Compliance to design, configure, and develop IRM and GRC solutions. You will work with clients, architects, and offshore teams to deliver scalable risk platforms in an agile environment.

Responsibilities include building workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reports, while supporting migrations and modernization efforts across cloud platforms. This remote role targets qualified applicants nationwide in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing IRM/GRC solutions in ServiceNow.
• Strong JavaScript development and ServiceNow scripting expertise.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, UI Policies, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• 4+ years of experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, OpenShift or similar).
• Active ServiceNow CSA (certified system administrator) certification is required.
• Active ServiceNow CAD certification is required.
• Active ServiceNow CIS-IRM or ServiceNow Risk & Compliance certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities for large-scale migrations and modernization.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, elicit user stories, design workflows, and validate solutions.
• Build POCs and rapid prototypes to evaluate approaches and accelerate decisions.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Create and maintain Flow Designer workflows, Integrations, reports, and dashboards.
• Support IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and data migration validation throughout SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployments, and post-production support.
• Coordinate with global delivery teams to ensure consistent implementation standards.
