Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Strong JavaScript development and ServiceNow scripting expertise.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and dashboards.
• Active CSA, CAD, and CIS-IRM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities supporting migration and modernization.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions.
• Develop POCs and rapid prototypes to accelerate decisions.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and dashboards.
• Support Integrations, migrations, testing, and production support throughout SDLC.
