Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer for a remote, full-time role focused on enterprise risk and compliance transformations. You will design, configure, and develop IRM/GRC solutions, collaborating with stakeholders across global teams to modernize risk platforms.

The candidate will implement workflows, automate processes, and deliver dashboards while participating in Agile ceremonies. A strong ServiceNow background and active CSA/CAD/CIS-IRM certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Experience implementing IRM/GRC solutions in ServiceNow.
• Strong JavaScript development and ServiceNow scripting expertise.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, UI policies, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience with Agile delivery, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Minimum 4 years in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, OpenShift or similar).
• Active CSA, CAD and CIS-IRM or Risk & Compliance certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities for large migrations and modernization.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, elaborate user stories, design workflows, and validate solutions.
• Build POCs and rapid prototypes to evaluate approaches and accelerate decisions.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and UI Actions.
• Create Flow Designer workflows, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
• Support IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, import sets and transform maps; assist migration validation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimations, code reviews, testing, deployments and post-production support.
