Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer for a remote position open to qualified applicants across the United States. You will design, configure, and develop IRM/GRC solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to modernize risk platforms and support migration initiatives.

The role requires strong JavaScript expertise, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and cloud experience. Certifications CSA, CAD, and CIS-IRM are required. Remote-friendly with agile delivery in a global team.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
Active CSA, CAD, CIS-IRM certifications required.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, reporting and dashboards.
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, OpenShift or comparable platforms.
Experience with agile delivery methodologies, testing, deployment, and production support.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities.
Collaborate with client technical stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions.
Build POCs and rapid prototypes to evaluate approaches.
Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
Support migrations, validation activities, and issue resolution across SDLC.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and deployments.
Coordinate with global delivery teams to maintain standards.
