Job summary

NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow implementation practice supporting US Federal customers.

You will lead configuration, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders to design enterprise solutions and integrate across systems from a cross-functional team. The role emphasizes agility, customer mission alignment, and delivering value in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred.
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow administration, development, security, data management, and integrations.
• Experience developing solutions aligned with architectural standards and ServiceNow best practices.
• Eligible to meet government eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team members to design and deliver scalable solutions.
• Prepare and present client-facing and internal deliverables related to technology.
• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions including new or modified applications, forms, workflows, and access controls.
• Develop JavaScript server/client code for integrations.
• Create and maintain update sets to move configurations between environments.
• Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Provide advanced ServiceNow support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
