Job summary

MetaPhase is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions for federal clients. You will partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver quality functionality aligned with client objectives.

You will work across ITSM/CSM, REST integrations, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and MID Server, while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow Developer experience in federal environments.
• Experience developing ServiceNow capabilities: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, Reports, Dashboards, and Service Catalog items.
• Experience with JavaScript and Glide APIs; server-side and client-side patterns.
• Experience with ITSM/CSM implementations, integrations, and data imports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a ServiceNow Developer for a federal client, advising on platform capabilities and implementation approaches.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Translate requirements into ServiceNow designs, stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks.
• Support PSDS-related modules and ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
