NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Services team in the United States. The successful candidate will develop enterprise ServiceNow solutions and collaborate with external partners and stakeholders on the SPM/Proven Optics offering.

Responsibilities include designing ServiceNow applications, API/data integrations, reporting, and guiding platform upgrades. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience plus active secret clearance are required, with a focus on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or Business-related discipline.
4+ years of hands-on experience as ServiceNow Developer or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and scripts.
Active secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment including applications, forms, workflows, and access controls.
Collaborate with System Administrators and ServiceNow Support on platform upgrades.
Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services.
Generate operational reports and KPI analyses as needed.
Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables related to technology.
Translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs.
Maintain production reliability via change management processes.
Monitor health, usage and overall application compliance.
Support software version upgrades and install patches.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for ServiceNow issues.
