Job summary

NetServices (NSI), a trusted IT services firm now part of Synergy ECP, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support mission-critical federal programs in Northern Virginia. This role requires designing, coding, and delivering scalable, secure Now Platform solutions beyond configuration, with deep architectural awareness.

You will build workflows, integrations, and custom applications across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, SPM, and more, taking ownership from whiteboard to go-live while maintaining

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and platform scripting.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP, MID Server, JDBC, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise workflows, integrations, and custom applications on the Now Platform.
• Build secure, upgrade-safe solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, SPM, and custom apps.
• Deliver production‑grade integrations with federal systems and govern across DoD requirements.
