Job summary

Peek IT Services is seeking a senior ServiceNow portfolio advisor for a remote W2 contract across the USA. You will advise executives on CRM, Customer Service Management and Source-to-Pay Operations, blending platform depth with procurement and supply chain knowledge.

You will shape solution architecture, mentor customers, and drive value realization using Playbooks and Integration Hub while delivering customer-facing content and webinars.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing role as a solution architect, technical or process consultant, customer success manager, or similar.
• 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a technical capacity.
• Experience managing and influencing executive business stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A data-driven approach to advising customers.

Responsibilities

• Advise, coach and mentor customers on the ServiceNow platform and procurement/supply chain disciplines.
• Manage relationships with executive business stakeholders in the customer organization.
• Shape solution architecture and guide process and technical decisions across the portfolio.
• Support implementation of ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations products.
• Use data and value consulting or value realization methods to demonstrate outcomes.
• Develop customer-facing content, including webinars.
