Job summary

Alldus is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. This fully remote role emphasizes collaboration, requirement clarification, and delivering functional specifications.

You will work with ServiceNow architects/developers, write process documents, FRS, lead UAT, and ensure best practices are followed. Maintain strong client communications and document progression throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience writing process documents, process flows and Functional Requirements Specification documents
• Ability to ask probing questions to clarify requirements
• Feasibility analysis of customer requirements and determination of configurations vs customizations
• Knowledge of best practices related to ServiceNow configurations and/or customizations
• Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and review them with stakeholders
• Experience leading UAT and system validation with clients
• Strong communication skills to articulate solutions and demonstrate to customers

Responsibilities

• Work with ServiceNow Technical Architects/Developers to ensure development aligns with functional requirements
• Lead system validation and UAT efforts with client
• Maintain interface with business users and stakeholders and keep them synchronized with progression
• Prepare and review detailed documentation on functional specifications
• Validate functionalities during or after development
• Explain solutions and perform demonstrations to customers
