Job summary

Alldus is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with Financial Services Operations experience to partner with business stakeholders and SMEs. You will deliver ServiceNow configurations aligned with functional requirements, working with technical consultants to ensure quality and feasibility.

You will document processes and FRDs, assess configurations vs customizations, and lead system validation and UAT with the client, communicating clearly and presenting demonstrations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services Operations.
• Experience across ServiceNow modules and integration points.
• Ability to author FRDs, process flows, and functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements.
• Work with ServiceNow technical consultants/developers to ensure solutions meet functional requirements.
• Lead validation and UAT with the client and present demonstrations.
