Job summary

Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant for a 6-month remote contract. In this role, you will lead the design and development of SPM solutions, configure modules to meet client demands, and ensure best practices are implemented. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow experience, certifications (CSA, CAD, at least 2x CIS), and strong communication skills. This position requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a focus on SPM.
• Strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Configure and customise SPM modules to meet client requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Ensure best practices and ServiceNow platform standards are followed throughout delivery.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
