The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of business analysis experience across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, with strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience in enterprise business analysis across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Knowledge of business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience supporting IT strategy, organizational assessments, and gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assess operational and functional organizational baselines.
• Identify IT deficiencies affecting organizational goals.
• Generate strategies for IT enhancements and process improvements.
• Participate in strategic assessments and design reviews of enterprise approaches.
• Coordinate the resolution of complex problems related to ERP implementations.
