Blu Omega is seeking a Business Analyst to support a federal program focused on enterprise business analysis. This role operates within a hybrid environment and is responsible for analyzing organizational processes, assessing IT deficiencies, and supporting ERP implementation initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assess operational and functional organizational baselines
• Identify information technology deficiencies affecting organizational goals

Required Qualifications

Compensation

Salary Range: $95,000–$108,000 per year

Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, and education.
