Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to define system scope using IT knowledge and business requirements. You will support disaster recovery and governance initiatives, plan and estimate project needs, and facilitate leadership presentations across stakeholders.

You will liaise between business units and IT providers to ensure clear functional specs and successful delivery, while driving process improvements and automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in disaster recovery, governance support, and automation initiatives.
• Ability to plan and estimate requirements for projects or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to facilitate leadership meetings and organize presentations.

Responsibilities

• Defines system scope and requirements based on user needs and IT knowledge.
• Ensures knowledge transfer to support organization prior to go-live and communicates go-live dates.
• Liaises between business units and IT services providers to ensure functional specs are understood.
• Translates business problems into data and process requirements and supports automation where possible.
• Documents functional requirements describing systems, processes, or products to meet business needs.
• Oversees and guides junior Business Analysts and provides solutions to meet business outcomes.
