Job summary

Holman is seeking a Technology Business Analyst for a remote role in the United States (NJ). You will lead discovery, gather requirements, and drive ServiceNow enhancements and implementations in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design scalable solutions and manage the product backlog. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinating SIT/UAT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Analysis or related experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, workflow platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or other ServiceNow product suites preferred.
• Experience facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, testing, and supporting deployments.
• Experience managing testing and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and implementations.
• Develop and maintain process maps, use cases, BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and field mappings.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to optimize workflows through ServiceNow capabilities and automation.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and artifact maintenance in Azure DevOps or ServiceNow Agile.
• Develop test plans, test scenarios, SIT/UAT validation, and defect tracking.
