Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow experience.
- Experience supporting federal government clients via contracting.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and related workflow areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to gather and document requirements aligned with federal objectives.
- Translate needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and maintain product backlog and readiness for sprints.
- Mentor junior analysts and developers on requirements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility standards.
