The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will gather requirements and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow applications. Your expertise in strategic thinking and technical knowledge will help in delivering impactful, high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals. This role is pivotal for driving efficiency and innovation within diverse client environments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

• Engage business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture workflows.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to translate requirements into configurations and workflows.
• Validate design proposals to ensure they align with best practices.
• Support data model, integration, and UI/UX design discussions.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT cycles.
• Define and execute test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Configure solutions within the ServiceNow SPM suite, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management concepts.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients.
• Experience with SPM and additional ServiceNow modules.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and process design in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding integration points with other enterprise systems.
