Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in software/workflow/enterprise systems.
• 3+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• 3+ years gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• 1+ years supporting ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Experience collaborating with product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Experience using Jira/Confluence or similar Agile tools.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Candidate residing in the U.S. to perform work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements elicitation and refinement sessions with business and tech stakeholders.
• Document needs as user stories, acceptance criteria, flows, rules, and supporting docs.
• Analyze current-state workflows to identify automation and service improvement opportunities.
• Support ServiceNow configuration by documenting rules, approvals, and workflow logic.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to clarify requirements and support test development.
• Maintain backlog items and supporting documentation in Agile tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on release planning, validation, and readiness.
• Support reporting, metrics, and process documentation as needed.
• Communicate requirements, decisions, open questions, and status updates across teams.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and escalation needs.
