Job summary

AEVEX is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform development and ownership across ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, and CMDB. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and document ServiceNow solutions, building automation, workflows, and integrations with REST/SOAP APIs to streamline IT operations.

The role emphasizes scalable, data‑driven improvements, governance, and adoption across the enterprise, with remote work and periodic travel to Tampa, Solana Beach, and other locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow components.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and asset management capabilities.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow platform development end-to-end from requirements to deployment.
• Configure and improve ITSM modules, CMDB, ITOM, and asset management.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for platforms visibility and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure platform solutions.
