Job summary

AEVEX, headquartered in Solana Beach, CA, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to own and advance the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. You will drive end-to-end implementation, including ITSM, HAM/SAM, CMDB, ITOM, and integrations, with a focus on automation, data integrity, and user adoption.

You will lead design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement, collaborating with global teams, supporting upgrades, and delivering scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Experience with ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog.
• Experience with HAM/SAM and Asset Management capabilities.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and CI relationships.
• Automation development using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resource for the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve ServiceNow solutions.
• Build and manage Flow Designer flows, subflows, actions, approvals, notifications, and other automation.
• Manage Update Sets and controlled promotion across environments.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, release management, and health.
• Develop and mature ITSM capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Configure and improve Change Management capabilities including models and approvals.
• Design and maintain Service Catalog items, approvals, SLAs, and self-service capabilities.
• Improve agent workspaces and technician efficiency.
• Improve end-user experience through portal improvements and automation.
• Develop HAM/SAM within ServiceNow and asset lifecycle processes.
