Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a remote ServiceNow Solutions Architect to support the US Courts. This role is based out of San Antonio and is fully remote.

You will lead the architectural design and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and SPM, while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable enterprise solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in architecture/lead design.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, SPM.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, scripting, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with platform governance and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Proven experience architecting integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Public Trust clearance capability or clearance status.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and roadmap for ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and data model strategy.
• Establish and enforce platform governance, development standards, and best practices.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow apps.
• Prepare architecture docs, roadmaps, and design specs.
• Review solutions to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Drive CMDB maturity, discovery architecture, service mapping, and data quality initiatives.
• Guide integrations using MID Servers, APIs, web services, and data exchange frameworks.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
