Job summary

LTS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to support configuration, security, governance and ongoing administration of the ServiceNow platform for a VA program. The role emphasizes platform standards, access governance, and compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements.

You will collaborate with platform architects, cybersecurity, and IT teams to ensure a secure, stable, and governed environment. The position is remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of system/platform administration in enterprise or federal environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform administration.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow users, groups, roles, ACLs, authentication, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support initial configuration and operation of ServiceNow across dev, test, staging, and production.
• Manage ServiceNow instances for availability, performance, security and supportability.
• Coordinate upgrades, clones, health checks, patching and release activities.
• Administer changes between environments using approved deployment mechanisms.
• Manage plugins and platform capabilities per architecture, security, and governance requirements.
• Monitor health, performance, logs, and integrations; remediate issues.
